Collect your items in person during posted sale hours. No shipping — it's local pickup only. (Higher-value pieces we sometimes list nationally on eBay for shipping; those say so.)
The price drops as the sale goes on
Two ways to save — pick your strategy
Buy early to lock in a piece before someone else does, or wait for a deeper markdown and risk it being gone. Online and in-person run on their own schedules.

Prices update each evening. Online pauses while we're live in person and reopens that night.

Good to know
Can I buy online right now?
You can browse and preview everything now. Secure online checkout is being set up — in the meantime, the fastest way to claim a piece is to reach out so we can hold it, or to come buy it in person at the sale. When online checkout goes live, the "Buy" button will take you straight through payment.
Is everything really one of a kind?
Yes. Estate items are unique, so the moment something sells it comes off the shop. If you love it, don't wait too long — the trade-off for a lower price later is the risk it's gone.
Do you ship?
The shop is local pickup only — you collect your items during the sale. Select high-value pieces are listed separately on our eBay store for nationwide shipping; those are marked accordingly.
Why are the online and in-person prices different?
They're two separate schedules on purpose. Online gives early shoppers a steady set of evening markdowns; the in-person sale has its own day-by-day drops. Buy wherever the price and the timing work best for you.
How do I pick up?
Bring your order confirmation (or your name) to the sale address during posted pickup hours. We'll have your items set aside.
