High Caliber Estate Sales, LLC runs estate sales, cleanouts, and online sales in Metro Detroit and St. Clair County, Michigan. This page explains what information we collect, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
What you send us through the website. Our contact form asks for your name, phone number, email, the property's location, your timeline, and your message. Our sale-alert sign-up asks for your email and location.
Phone calls. Our main line, (586) 310-7535, is answered by an AI receptionist. The call is turned into a written summary so a member of our team can call you back. Calls that are transferred to a team member, and voicemails, may be recorded.
Texts and photos. If you text our team, we keep the messages and photos you send so we can quote and plan the job.
Information for a job. If you hire us, we keep what is needed to do the work and pay you: your contact details, the property address, the signed agreement, sale records, and payout details.
Online store purchases. Payments in our online store are processed by Stripe. We receive your name, contact details, shipping address, and what you bought. We never see or store your full card number.
Website visits. Our hosting company keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type. We do not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers on this site. Pages load fonts from Google and video thumbnails from YouTube, so those companies receive your IP address when a page loads.
How we use it
- To answer you, give you a quote, and do the work you hire us for.
- To send sale alerts, if you signed up for them.
- To keep the business, tax, and legal records we are required to keep.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information.
We share it only with the companies that help us run the business, and only as needed for that work: our website host and form service, our phone carrier and the speech and AI services that power our receptionist, our email provider, and Stripe for payments. We may also share information when the law requires it.
If you reach us from an ad on Facebook, Instagram, or Google, those companies also handle your information under their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and job records for as long as we need them for the purposes above and for our business and tax records.
Your choices
Call, text, or email us to ask what we have about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will delete it unless we are required to keep it. You can ask us to stop sale alerts at any time the same way.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
