We sell the contents of homes for a living. So when we clean one out, we're looking at every room with a seller's eye. If it's junk, it's gone today. If it's worth money, we tell you — and it can go to our online marketplace or an estate sale instead of the dumpster.

Most junk companies won't give you a number until they're standing in your driveway. Ours are right here: a flat rate for each dumpster we fill, plus an hourly rate for the crew doing the work.

Dumpster price includes delivery, pickup, and disposal for up to 7 days, with a generous weight allowance (3 tons on a 30-yard). Household junk rarely goes over; if it does, extra weight is $125 per ton.

How much does a house cleanout cost?
A flat rate per dumpster — $675 for a 20-yard, $750 for a 30-yard, $825 for a 40-yard — plus $40 per labor hour for each crew member. A garage or basement usually lands around $900; a full three-bedroom house is typically $2,000 to $2,500. You'll have a written quote before we start.
How fast can you do it?
Most jobs are quoted within a day or two of your call and finished within the week. Once the dumpster is in the driveway, a typical house takes one to two days.
What if there's something valuable in the house?
That's the difference between us and a junk hauler. We run estate sales and sell online for a living, so we know what's worth money. If we spot it, we tell you, and it can be sold instead of going in the dumpster.
Do I need to be there?
No. Plenty of our clients are out of state settling a family home. We can work from a key or lockbox and send you photos when it's done.
Is there anything you can't take?
Hazardous waste, chemicals, and liquid paint can't go in a dumpster — we'll point you to your county's household hazardous waste drop-off. Mattresses, tires, TVs, and Freon appliances can be taken for a small per-item disposal fee, quoted up front.
